Business Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand and agency prospects
• Build and maintain lead lists using Linked In, Apollo, Hub Spot, and other tools
• Assist with outreach to brands and agencies via email and Linked In
• Schedule meetings and calls with marketing decision-makers
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Update CRM systems and track outreach activities
• Conduct market research on brands, agencies, and industry trends
• Assist the team with ongoing partnership campaigns and opportunities

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using Linked In and online research tools
• Interest in music, entertainment, media, advertising, or sponsor ships
• Previous internship or sales experience is a plus but not required

• Hands-on experience in brand partnerships and sponsorship sales
• Exposure to major international music tours and entertainment campaigns
• Training on CRM platforms, lead generation, and outreach strategies
• Direct mentorship from senior team members
