Account & Relationship Management Executive
Role Overview
Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & AR Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of clients within its CP ESG Audit & Assurance solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful adoption of audit, risk, and assurance solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, queries, and escalations.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and drive value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Ability to negotiate and manage commercial discussions.
- Good understanding of audit, risk, or SaaS solutions (preferred).
- Strong analytical and CRM skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first approach.
- Account growth and revenue expansion.
- Client retention and satisfaction.

- Forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
