eProcurement.ai is a B2B, AI-powered SaaS procurement and marketplace solution headquartered in Dubai, DIFC. The platform centralizes product and service catalogues, automates RFQs and purchase orders, and provides real-time analytics to help businesses make faster, smarter, and more transparent purchasing decisions.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help source, approach, and onboard buyers and sellers onto the eProcurement.ai platform. The role will initially focus on the beauty industry, including salons, spas, clinics, beauty retailers, distributors, and suppliers. However, this is not intended to remain limited to one sector. As eProcurement.ai grows, the role is expected to evolve quickly into other industries, and candidates should be comfortable developing client relationships across multiple sectors.
This is a highly client-facing role for a polished, credible, and commercially sharp sales professional who can build trust with decision-makers, communicate the value of eProcurement.ai clearly, and deliver compelling product demos to both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and onboard potential buyer and seller clients.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, initially within the beauty industry.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demos.
- Support clients through registration, onboarding, and initial platform usage.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and convert prospects into active users.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, procurement teams, suppliers, and senior decision-makers.
- Share market feedback, client insights, and sector opportunities with the internal team.
- Support expansion into additional industries as the platform grows.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, marketplace sales, or technology sales.
- Good understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical clients.
- Experience dealing with business owners, procurement teams, suppliers, or senior decision-makers.
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Currently based in the UAE, with the ability to work full-time in Dubai.
- UAE driving license and access to a car are required. Presentable, credible, and confident in client-facing meetings.
- Strong sales discipline, follow-up skills, and ability to manage a pipeline.
- Ability to deliver clear and effective product demos to both buyers and sellers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage growth environment.
- Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
- Knowledge of the beauty, cosmetics, salon, spa, retail, or distribution sectors.
- Experience working with startups, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or procurement solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting.
