Responsibilities
Assist customers in product selection by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored recommendations. Maintain a well‑organized and visually appealing sales floor ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively. Process transactions efficiently using point‑of‑sale systems ensuring accuracy and speed in checkout. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. Proven experience in retail or sales roles, ideally with at least 1‑2 years in a customer‑facing position. Familiarity with CRM software and point‑of‑sale systems to streamline customer interactions. Multilingual abilities are preferred, particularly in languages relevant to the customer base.
