Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate UAE National – Kaizen Promoter to drive continuous improvement initiatives at our Toyota & Lexus BIT branch in Dubai and Sharjah. You will work with leadership and teams to implement Kaizen programs and improve customer experiences.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Aftersales. Key skills include strong analysis of operations, effective communication, and a solid understanding of Kaizen principles.
