We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, building long‑term customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional vehicle buying experience. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through online platforms, referrals, and walk‑in traffic.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate product benefits and features.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade‑in values in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, market trends, competitor activities, and financing products.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Ability to build trust and establish long‑term customer relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of performing in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
