Business Development & Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Joinery

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing Fit‑Out & Joinery team.

• Generate new business opportunities and secure Fit‑Out and Joinery projects through direct sales and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, real estate companies, and property owners.
• Identify project opportunities, conduct client meetings, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
• Contribute to company growth by expanding the client portfolio and increasing project revenue.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales within the Fit‑Out, Joinery, Interior Contracting, or Construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong network of industry contacts, including consultants, developers, contractors, real estate firms, and key decision‑makers.
• Proven track record in securing and closing Fit‑Out and Joinery projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

• Salary package will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
• Attractive commission of 2% on successfully secured projects.
