Position : Senior Sales Manager – Business Development
Location :
Dubai, UAE
Experience Required :5–10 Years (Mandatory)
Industry Preference (Mandatory)
Relevant experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Blank Apparel / Apparel Distribution
- Uniform Industry
- Corporate Gifting Industry
- Promotional Merchandise
- Garment / Textile Industry
- Retail Fashion Distribution
- Printing / Branding / Custom Apparel Industry
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality
- Comfortable with field travel across UAE
- Good understanding of wholesale and B2B sales processes
- Experience managing sales targets and teams
Skills
Age Preference : 30–50 Years
Mandatory Requirements
- UAE Driving License
- Strong business development and field sales experience
- Existing UAE market exposure and customer network preferred
- Ability to lead and manage junior sales staff
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development
- Identify and create new business opportunities across UAE.
- Visit and develop relationships with:
- Corporate gift suppliers
- Uniform suppliers
- Retail fashion stores
- Apparel resellers
- Printing & branding companies
- Promotional product companies
- Shopping destinations and retail channels with strong footfall
Sales Growth
- Promote and expand Dutees blank apparel business.
- Convert enquiries into long-term customers and strategic accounts.
- Develop reseller and distribution opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage 2–3 junior sales team members.
- Monitor performance and guide the team to achieve targets.
- Build a strong field sales culture.
Customer & Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships.
- Ensure strong sales pipeline and CRM discipline.
