We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator for HVAC Air Conditioning to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HVAC air conditioning sales team.
- Prepare, issue, and track sales quotations, proposals and related documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries related to air conditioning systems, replacements and upgrades.
- Schedule sales appointments, site visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer pricing and sales records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with installation, service and procurement teams to ensure smooth job execution.
- Assist with order processing, equipment availability checks and documentation.
- Track sales pipeline activity and support basic sales reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company pricing policies, procedures and HVAC regulations.
- Support seasonal air conditioning sales campaigns and lead management.
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
