Female Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups to close sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Record customer interactions, sales updates and follow‑up details in the CRM system accurately
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear persuasive responses
• Maintain updated knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation with every interaction
• Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines
• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs, including call volume, conversions, and revenue targets

• Graduate or higher education (equivalent to +2)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Available to join immediately
