Unilumin is a global leader in LED display solutions and visual technology, with a strong and growing presence across the Middle East. The company serves key sectors including government, smart cities, entertainment, retail, and corporate environments, delivering cutting-edge visual experiences through innovative LED technology.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for Unilumin's Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the LED display, visual solutions, or AV technology industry, with deep knowledge of the UAE and broader GCC market dynamics.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors including government, hospitality, landmark economy, and real estate investment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, contractors, and system integrators across the UAE and GCC.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with regional market trends and company objectives.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored LED and visual solutions that meet client requirements.
- Represent Unilumin at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by regional management.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence for senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the LED, AV, or AV & IT integration solutions industry.
- Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC market landscape.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with government entities, developers, and system integrators.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Willingness to travel within the region as required.
