Are you a driven and ambitious real estate professional looking for a lucrative opportunity in Dubai's thriving commercial market?

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales & Lettings Broker to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to earn substantial income through a generous 50% commission structure.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Sales & Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, and lease of a diverse range of commercial properties, including office spaces, shopping malls, retail projects, restaurants, cafes, and labor camps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and manage comprehensive property information, ensuring compelling marketing materials.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations and market trends, including price per square foot/ metre.
  • Effectively communicate with sellers, buyers, tenants, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Conduct accurate property valuations and engaging viewings.
  • Negotiate deals from viewing to offer stage, maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales and lease progression, collaborating with our Sales Progression team.
  • Provide exceptional client care through regular follow-up calls.
  • Stay informed about local commercial property market trends.
About You
  • Proven commercial or residential real estate sales/rental experience in the UAE or UK (preferred).
  • RERA certification (we offer assistance for those without).
  • Positive, hardworking, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in a second language (advantageous).
  • Professional, presentable, and ethical.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional business attire at all times.
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle (hire car or company vehicle options available at candidate's expense).
