Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through referrals, networking, and cold outreach
- Conduct needs analysis and present suitable life insurance solutions to prospective clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with existing and new clients
- Follow up on leads and pipeline opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, illustrations, and documentation accurately
- Ensure full compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies
- Provide after‑sales support and assist clients with policy servicing and renewals
- Attend training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- 1 year of sales experience in the life insurance industry (UAE experience preferred)
- UAE Real Estate sales background will also be considered
- Communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented
- Ability to build and manage a strong client portfolio
- Professional appearance and confident presentation skills
- Valid UAE residence visa preferred (visa can be provided for the right candidate)
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
