About the roleWe are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Amali’s ultra-luxury portfolio and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing. The ideal candidate brings strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record in premium real estate, and the ability to build lasting relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, brokers, and key partners.
Responsibilities- Own and deliver individual and team sales targets across assigned projects, ensuring consistent pipeline conversion and revenue performance.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client engagement, product presentations, negotiations, booking documentation, and handover to post-sales.
- Build and maintain a strong broker network; conduct regular broker briefings, project walkthroughs, and lead‑generation activities.
- Develop and execute weekly/monthly sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline reports, ensuring accurate data and timely updates in CRM.
- Provide a premium, brand‑aligned client experience handling client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing on campaigns, lead quality feedback, events, and content to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Support pricing and deal structuring discussions, ensuring alignment with approval matrices and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and UAE real estate regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; 7–12 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with a strong track record in luxury/ultra‑luxury developments.
- Strong network with brokers, channel partners, and HNW/UHNW client relationships.
- Bilingual (English & Russian); excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong reporting discipline with CRM proficiency and pipeline management rigor.
- Professional, polished, and brand‑conscious with high integrity and discretion.
