Overview
A start up FMCG business with an established distribution partner network in Dubai seeks a Commercial Manager to spearhead the implementation of its sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop commercial strategy to drive business growth.
- Manage the sales, distribution and marketing team and oversee the overall commercial budget.
- Drive the achievement of all KPIs.
- Identify business opportunities in marketing, sales and branding.
- Keep track of and translate market trends into commercial strategy and business plans.
- Review and track the monthly reports on sales, competition and market share.
- Degree level education.
- Strong background in FMCG account management.
- Proven track record of success in commercial management within a similar FMCG business.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
