Business Development Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Developmemt role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The specialist will identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and provide personalized consultation to promote Discover Learning Tutors' educational programs. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, delivering tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Collaborating with the team and maintaining excellent service standards are vital aspects of the role.

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster positive relationships and build trust
• Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to articulate solutions clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated

• Strong spoken and written English
• Excellent Whats App communication skills
• Previous sales, admissions, education, tutoring, training centre, clinic or customer service experience preferred
• Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable working with targets
• Able to follow scripts and improve based on feedback
• Professional, persuasive and parent-focused

Education admissions or clinic sales experience would be an advantage.
