Sales Executive – Business Development; F&B/Hospitality
Job Summary
Our customer is hiring a Sales Executive – Business Development to join their growing commercial team in Dubai. This role is focused on driving new business acquisition within the F&B and hospitality sector across the UAE, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, and F&B groups.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound B2B sales, prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing new business opportunities. A background in F&B technology, SaaS, POS systems, delivery platforms, or aggregator businesses is highly preferred. Candidates should possess strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision‑makers and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end prospecting and outbound sales efforts to acquire new business within the F&B and hospitality sector across the UAE.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients including restaurants, hotels, cafés, and F&B outlets to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in the F&B and hospitality ecosystem, ensuring strong coverage and growth potential.
- Conduct direct outreach to restaurant owners, operators, and key decision-makers to assess needs and opportunities.
- Deliver compelling pitches and sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our platform or solution to prospective clients.
- Execute discovery calls and on-site meetings to deepen relationships and understand client requirements.
- Close new accounts successfully and facilitate seamless handover to Account Management for ongoing client support and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance activation and conversion rates, optimizing the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly acquisition targets, demonstrating a results‑driven and target‑oriented approach.
- Proven background in F&B tech companies, including experience with aggregators, SaaS platforms, POS systems, delivery platforms, or marketplaces.
- Strong existing network or established relationships within the F&B and hospitality ecosystem, specifically with restaurant owners, hotel operators, café managers, and F&B group decision‑makers.
- Direct experience in B2B outbound sales or a dedicated hunter role, with a track record of prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations and the decision‑making cycles of restaurant and hotel stakeholders.
- High energy, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection as part of a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment.
- Self‑driven and results‑oriented mindset with a focus on consistently meeting and exceeding acquisition targets.
- Experience in the SaaS, aggregator, or POS ecosystem is a strong advantage.
