Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our customer base in the plastic raw materials segment. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management with manufacturers, traders, and industrial clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic raw materials market
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to factories, warehouses, and industrial clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Promote and sell plastic raw materials such as polymers, resins, and related products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support efficiently
- Collect payment support efficiently
- 2–4 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in plastic raw materials or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of plastic polymers, resins, and market applications is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Familiarity with UAE market and industrial areas is preferred
- Existing network within plastic manufacturing or trading companies
- Ability to identify new market segments and generate leads
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
