We are looking for a Dubai-based Senior B2B Sales Executive to help drive this growth.
The RoleThis is a hybrid inbound + outbound commercial role focused on closing UAE and GCC accounts.
You will receive support through inbound lead generation and paid campaigns, but this is not a passive sales position.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships, create opportunities, and close retainers.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Closing- Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to signed retainer agreement
- Conduct strategic discovery calls and closing conversations
- Convert inbound opportunities into signed clients
- Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Identify and approach founders, CMOs, marketing directors, and decision-makers across the UAE and GCC
- Use Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold outreach, networking, and direct prospecting
- Present solved6’s Marketing Department as a Service model to brands seeking a stronger alternative to traditional agency or fragmented in-house setups
- Understand client pain points and position solutions commercially
- Support sales strategy, pipeline development, and commercial growth initiatives together with leadership
- Experience selling agency, marketing, media, creative, SaaS, or B2B services
- Strong understanding of retainers, performance marketing, and consultative selling
- UAE / GCC market experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold prospecting, outreach, opening conversations, and building pipeline from scratch
- Confident navigating gatekeepers and decision-makers
- Currently living in Dubai
- Strong understanding of local business culture and commercial environment
- Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and performance focused
- Comfortable working within a lean, high-ownership environment
Engagement Type:
Independent Contractor Agreement (B2B Contract)
Candidates must be self-sponsored or hold a valid UAE residency visa.
Fixed Safety Retainer:
5,000 AED / month
Commission Structure:
15% – 20% commission on signed and paid clients
(commission based on first-month retainer value)
Typical Client Retainers:
15,000 AED – 30,000 AED+ per month

CRM, prospecting tools, outreach systems, company dialer, and access to our internal creative and strategy team.
