Sales & Customer Service Coordinator.

• Coordinate customer deliveries according to confirmed sales orders and stock availability.
• Liaise with warehouse, drivers, couriers, and logistics providers to arrange smooth deliveries.
• Track deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices.
• Follow up with customers for signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Maintain proper records of delivery and invoicing documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and related queries.
• Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• Basic understanding of sales invoicing and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Available for immediate joining.
