Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant (Outdoor) to join our growing team and contribute to expanding our market presence across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Visit kitchen dealers according to the weekly schedule.
- Create company and individual staff profiles for kitchen dealers and attach business cards.
- Convince and assist the Kitchen dealers to have our product display.
- Track product returns, exchanges, deliveries, and LPOs.
- Schedule visits with the Sales Director and dealers.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and.
- Arrange appointments with the dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape design companies, outdoor furniture stores etc., which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and maintain and expand the client database.
- Conduct product presentations.
- Continually meet and exceed sales targets and regularly monitor business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Maintain an accurate record of each lead, customer accounts, kitchen dealer company and key personnel profiles and sales.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
- Provide and educate the dealers with the MVP company policies, catalogue, price list, etc.
- Properly coordinate between the department for sales orders etc.
- Collect LPOs from customers and track returns and exchanges of products and deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and collect cheques.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is required.
- 4 – 5 years of relevant UAE sales experience.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with a target-driven mindset.
