Job Description

We are working with an established and leading corporate (healthcare and GI) insurance broker who are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for sales, a vibrant personality, and a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

• Drive business growth through personal networks, industry events, market research, cold calling, and referrals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a unified approach in delivering services to clients/customers
• Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets
• Maintain high standards of client service to ensure customer retention and long-term professional relationships
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and economic developments to identify new business opportunities

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE insurance sector
• Strong sales, presentation, and client relationship management skills within UAE will also be considered in other industries
• Expertise in maintaining partnerships with clients and business associates
• Ability to identify and convert potential leads into business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
