This is a full-time permanent on-site role for a B2B Sales Specialist Uniforms Corporate Wear based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The role focuses entirely on business-to-business B2B sales identifying corporate client needs and selling customized uniforms and corporate apparel to industries such as hospitality, healthcare, education and corporate offices. This is an immediate hiring position requiring active field and corporate sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development – Actively source, prospect and secure new B2B clients requiring customized corporate wear, industrial uniforms and staff apparel.
- Client Consultations – Meet with clients, understand their brand requirements, present fabric samples and offer tailored uniform solutions.
- Deal Negotiation – Prepare commercial proposals and quotations, manage contract negotiations and successfully close high-volume sales.
- Account Management – Maintain long-term relationships with clients, coordinating with production and design teams to ensure accurate sizing, order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Proven, actual experience specifically in B2B uniform sales or corporate apparel in the UAE.
- B2B Sales Track Record – A demonstrated ability to self-source leads, pitch corporate decision-makers and consistently meet sales targets.
- Communication & Negotiation – Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional language skills and Arabic are a major plus).
- Product Knowledge – Solid understanding of apparel fabrics, garment specifications, sizing guidelines, and corporate procurement processes.
- Availability – Ready for quick transition into the role.
- A valid UAE Driving License (highly preferred for client site visits).
- An existing network of active corporate B2B clients in Dubai and the wider UAE.
