As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You will identify customer needs, present vehicle solutions, promote value-added services, and achieve sales targets while representing the MG brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits.
  • Promote Ali & Sons services, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
  • Recommend accessories and optional equipment to enhance the customer experience.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Prepare and explain vehicle quotations, financing options, discounts, and payment plans.
  • Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries with internal departments to ensure a seamless handover process.
  • Liaise with Customer Relations teams regarding vehicle registration and insurance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
  • Support the Sales Manager with additional sales and business development initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry or vehicle sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Telephone and computer proficiency.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
