As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You will identify customer needs, present vehicle solutions, promote value-added services, and achieve sales targets while representing the MG brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits.
- Promote Ali & Sons services, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
- Recommend accessories and optional equipment to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Prepare and explain vehicle quotations, financing options, discounts, and payment plans.
- Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with internal departments to ensure a seamless handover process.
- Liaise with Customer Relations teams regarding vehicle registration and insurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Support the Sales Manager with additional sales and business development initiatives as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry or vehicle sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs.
- Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Telephone and computer proficiency.
- Fluency in English is essential.
