We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Specialist / Phone Moderator to manage incoming and outgoing calls, qualify leads, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Contact potential customers to follow up on leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and gather customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
- Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree is an advantage. - Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call center operations, or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
