The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Product Manager – Trucks (Light Duty & Heavy Duty) to lead the growth, positioning, and lifecycle management of our truck portfolio in the UAE.
This role acts as the key link between the OEM, sales teams, technical functions, and customers—ensuring the right product mix, pricing strategy, and specifications for both LD and HD trucks are aligned with market demand, tender requirements, and profitability goals. You will play a critical role in driving fleet business, strengthening market positioning, and delivering sustainable growth across multiple truck segments.
WhatYou Will Do Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute product strategy for Light Duty (LD) and Heavy Duty (HD) trucks across fleet, logistics, and construction segments
- Manage the full product lifecycle including launch, positioning, upgrades, and phase‑out
- Define product specifications aligned with customer applications and UAE regulations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks across segments
- Drive volume, revenue, and gross margin performance across LD and HD truck portfolios
- Define and manage pricing strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Ensure optimal product mix across segments to maximize profitability
- Support business case development for new models, variants, and configurations
- Act as the product subject matter expert for fleet customers and key accounts
- Lead technical support for tenders, ensuring accurate specifications and compliance
- Support large fleet deals and government projects in collaboration with sales teams
- Ensure timely response to customer technical and commercial requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, After-Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Align product availability with sales forecasts and pipeline requirements
- Support product launches, campaigns, and customer demonstrations
- Monitor product performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction
- Gather feedback from customers and field teams to continuously improve product offering
- Coordinate with OEMs to resolve product-related issues
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability
- In‑depth knowledge of Light Duty and Heavy Duty truck segments, specifications, and applications
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, tenders, and B2B sales environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to manage pricing, product positioning, and market competitiveness
You will be part of the Commercial Vehicles team, working closely with Sales, After‑Sales, Supply Chain, and OEM partners to deliver best‑in‑class truck solutions across LD and HD segments. The team is focused on driving market growth, building strong fleet customer relationships, and delivering high‑performance products across the UAE.
What Equips You ForThe Role
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial vehicles, including exposure to both LD and HD trucks
- Background in product management, sales engineering, or key account management
- Strong experience working with fleet customers, tenders, and B2B operations in the UAE
- Good understanding of truck specifications, applications, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making
- Experience working with OEMs or managing multiple product lines is an advantage
