Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager within the DXB NI Sal department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding TK Elevator's relationships with key clients in the Dubai region. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's market presence and financial performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions that uphold the company’s high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic account plans to grow revenue while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, facilitating clear, consistent communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, operations, and technical experts—to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling services and products aligned with client goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and company stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the elevator, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions related to vertical transportation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and a passion for customer success.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
