Telesales Agent - Arabic Speaker

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls
• Check DNCR (Do Not Call Registry) status before each call
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project
• Interest in investment opportunities
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM
• Take and process information in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Reach the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Submit an end-of-day report to the line manager
• Deliver the company brand recognition by leaving clients with an excellent impression through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills

• An Attested bachelor's degree BSc/BA

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably in real estate)
• Proactive, goal-driven and self-motivated
