Elevate Strategic Construction Tech Partnerships as Our Next Key and Major Accounts Manager
Trimble is seeking an enterprise software sales leader in Riyadh to nurture high-value client relationships, drive adoption of our market-leading cloud platforms like Tekla and Viewpoint, and collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders to fuel real-world infrastructure growth across the region.
What Makes This Role GreatIn this role, you will serve as the strategic face of Trimble Construction Software across the UAE, steering complex enterprise-level agreements and directly influencing industry digitalization by embedding multi-product cloud portfolios into major construction operations.
Key Exciting Responsibilities- Nurture and expand strategic relationships with C-level personas and key stakeholders across the major construction sector
- Architect and execute high-impact strategic account plans to secure new enterprise market clients and drive SaaS subscription revenue
- Position and pitch Trimble’s premier connected construction workflow and cloud platform ecosystem, including the Tekla suite, Viewpoint, and Trimble Connect
- Orchestrate complex negotiation processes for high-value enterprise agreements and coordinate adoption footprints within client organizations
- Capture regional market intelligence and client workflow feedback to actively guide internal product development teams
- At least 10 years of professional B2B software or SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to large key account management within the construction technology domain
- Native or business-fluent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software subscription agreements and complex consultative sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to build, foster, and leverage deep relationships with C-level executives and key industry decision-makers
- Practical hands-on expertise navigating Salesforce pipelines and forecasting tools for large portfolio accounts
- Deep technical familiarity with regional architectural, engineering, or structural design software trends
Location: Dubai, UAE - In Office
