OverviewZIADA DC is looking for a professional and results‑driven Immigration Consultant / Sales Consultant to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who has strong sales skills, experience in immigration or residency services, and the ability to guide clients professionally from the first consultation until closing the deal.
The selected candidate will work directly with clients interested in residency, immigration, business setup, and international relocation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inquiries from potential clients through calls, Whats App, meetings, and follow‑ups.
- Conduct professional consultations with clients and understand their goals, financial ability, family situation, and relocation plans.
- Explain immigration, residency, and business setup options clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
- Prepare and present service proposals, packages, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up updates on CRM.
- Coordinate internally with the operations team after closing the client.
- Build trust with clients and maintain a professional relationship throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report pipeline status regularly.
- Represent the company professionally in front of high‑value clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and decision makers.
- Proven experience in immigration, residency, citizenship, relocation, or business setup services.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to close deals with serious clients.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Presentable, confident, and client‑oriented.
- Experience working with UAE, Europe, Canada, UK, USA, or similar immigration/residency programs is preferred.
- Ability to work from our UAE office.
- Strong follow‑up skills and ability to manage multiple leads at the same time.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Must be target‑driven, organized, and professional.
