At Repserve we employ high-quality sales representatives and lease them out on a shared-time basis to international manufacturers, allowing our clients to enter new markets or grow in existing ones quickly, cost-effectively, and risk-free.
We are currently supporting a client in high-quality Scandinavian furniture and lighting that combines aesthetics, simplicity, and functionality. To support their market expansion, we are looking for commission-based Sales Consultants who can independently manage the sales process, build client relationships, and close high-ticket deals within the premium home furnishings and commercial design sectors.
This role is 100% commission-based

- Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients
- Present and sell furniture and lighting products to prospective customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with Repserve and the client’s team to ensure smooth deal execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and closed deals
Once you’re fully up to speed, you can realistically expect to sell between AED 150,000 – AED 200,000 worth of products each month (a mix of lighting and furniture). With our 10% average commission, that means monthly earnings of AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 are well within reach.
