As a Sales Executive – Inside Sales, you will be a driven professional who excels in telephonic sales and consistently closes deals, building and maintaining large portfolios for various organizations while surpassing sales targets.

In this role, you will
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
  • Prospect customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads
  • Qualify prospects against product, service, and company requirements
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and offer suitable packages
  • Draft and deliver proposals via email while maintaining proper business etiquette
  • Keep detailed notes on prospects in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide forecasts for most likely sales revenues on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to reduce the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company branding and reputation
  • Represent the company and its brand positively in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
  • High school or secondary school education
  • 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals
  • Tactful, intelligent, and improvisational skills to handle client objections
  • Maintain a high volume of daily calls and closures
  • Aggressive follow‑up skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Bi‑lingual is a plus
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to stay on top
  • Result‑oriented with problem‑solving skills to resolve challenges creatively and flexibly in line with company targets
