Job SummarySupermicro is a global leader in server and IT hardware. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team based in Dubai, UAE, and support sales operations throughout EMEA. The Sales Manager will maintain the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro’s sales process by working with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Candidates should understand computer hardware, thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, and possess a can‑do attitude.
International travel for training, events, or business activities is required.
- Support sales operations to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
- Manage and develop multiple key accounts.
- Collaborate with customers and Account Managers across MENA.
- Handle the full sales cycle, including order management.
- Articulate and sell value propositions to customers.
- Identify and convert opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasts for customers.
- Respond promptly to complex inquiries and sales leads.
- Identify and map new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and growth.
- Develop appropriate sales strategies for assigned accounts.
- Deliver presentations.
- Negotiate with stakeholders.
- Understand the global market to identify future customer and product requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of sales experience with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- High quality of work to maximize new business opportunities.
- Can‑do, self‑motivated attitude with problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience operating both internally and externally.
- Experience in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Prior experience selling technology to corporate accounts is a plus.
- Extremely proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
