We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate to join our FX and payments sales team, driving new business opportunities across international markets.

Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision‑makers across various industries. Research prospects, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to introduce them to international payment and FX services. Present, negotiate, and close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate
• Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client‑facing environment
• No prior FX experience required – we prioritise potential and provide comprehensive training.
• Fluency in English
• A genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the drive to hit ambitious targets

• Fast‑Track to Sales Management (Head of Desk) – typical promotion within the first 12 months.
