Sales Executive (Arabic & English Speaking)

Job Summary

MEFCO Interiors LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, interior design, furniture, or kitchen sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, F&B, office, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities for interior fit-out, furniture, joinery, and kitchen projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors, facility management companies, and end clients.
  • Identify and pursue project opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct sales activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and project discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to successfully convert opportunities into awarded projects.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within the UAE market.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and business meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, interior design, furniture, joinery, or kitchen sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE construction, fit-out, furniture, and interior design market.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and secure projects.
  • Existing professional network with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, corporate clients, and property owners is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Language Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business correspondence in both languages.
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant UAE industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
