We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer (Indoor Sales) to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai
.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with prospective and existing clients, and providing technical sales support for our range of glass and aluminum products and door systems.

• Managing sales inquiries and converting leads into business opportunities.
• Preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and configurations.
• Coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely project execution.
• Maintaining CRM records and an organized sales pipeline.
• Following up on quotations, leads, and customer requests.
• Assisting with technical presentations and product documentation.
• Providing after-sales support and product guidance to clients.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in sales, lead management, deal closing, and client relationship management.
• Experience conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and technical requirements.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and other sales-related software.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Glass & Aluminum industry is required.
• Experience with aluminum doors, windows, folding systems, sliding systems, curtain walls, facades, partitions, or related architectural products.
• Strong knowledge of quotations, customer handling, technical sales, and order processing.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, architects, or project clients is an advantage.
• Previous UAE Glass & Aluminum industry experience is preferred.
• Candidates without relevant Glass & Aluminum industry experience will not be considered.

This position is strictly intended for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Glass & Aluminum industry. Applications from unrelated industries will not be shortlisted.
