- Proven track record of sales leadership in the UAE automotive sector (minimum 5 years).
- Strong sales achievements, with documented success in exceeding targets and scaling sales operations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
- Independent, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the chinese automotive brands will be advantageous.
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Omoda & Jaecoo brand in the UAE market.
- Build and lead a top-tier sales team aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
- Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share growth through innovative sales initiatives.
- Establish and manage a network of dealerships, retail sales and fleet partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and aftersales departments to align sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Set and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and reporting systems to measure performance.
- Represent the brand at industry events, media engagements, and key client meetings.
- Provide strategic input to leadership for long-term planning and expansion.
