Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients interested in yacht acquisition.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client preferences, lifestyle, and budget for their ideal yacht.
- Showcase and present a diverse inventory of yachts highlighting unique features, specifications, and value propositions.
- Negotiate complex sales contracts including pricing, financing options, and delivery terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in luxury goods sales, preferably within the marine or automotive sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of yachting culture, terminology, and the luxury market.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
