Credit Card Sales Officer

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Credit Card Sales Officers to join our growing banking sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers.
• Identify and approach new customers through direct sales referrals and networking.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist customers with application submission and required documentation.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights.

• Previous experience in banking sales, credit card sales, personal loans, or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
• Basic knowledge of UAE banking products and processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
