Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries for immigration work permits, tourist visas and study visa programs.
- Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, Whats App, email and CRM.
- Explain process, documentation, timelines and fees professionally.
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth case management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
- Experience in immigration, visa or consultancy sales preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration, visa consultancy, sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
- Strong sales, negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
