Sales Coordinator – PTD Fitness | High-Performance, Sales-Driven Role!
In-House Role, In-Office, Dubai, Motor City. No remote work.

Responsibilities- Engage and nurture inbound leads in Go High Level and Hub Spot CRM.
- Make 150+ calls daily to connect with potential clients and book 200+ assessments per month.
- Follow up after assessments with trainers and maintain client engagement via Whats App and email.
- Handle objections, provide solutions, and ensure potential clients commit to their transformation journey.
- Assist in closing sales when required, stepping in when needed.
- Analyze and optimize the lead pipeline to increase booking and conversion rates.
- Maintain 100% CRM accuracy, logging every client touchpoint.
- 150+ dials per day.
- Consistent Whats App & email follow‑ups.
- 200+ booked assessments per month.
- 60%+ of leads book an assessment.
- 50%+ of booked leads show up.
- 25+ sales per month.
- 100% CRM accuracy.
- Sales‑driven and performance‑focused, thriving in a target‑driven environment.
- Excellent phone communicator capable of engaging, exciting, and building trust over the phone.
- Skilled in lead nurturing and follow‑ups, ensuring no lead is left behind.
- Confident handling objections, guiding hesitant leads into taking action.
- Ready to close when necessary, even though trainers close most deals.
- Strong CRM and tech skills with experience in Go High Level, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, tracking everything with diligence.
- Passionate about fitness and helping people transform their lives.
- Minimum 1–2 years of phone‑based sales or lead generation experience.
- Proven performance‑based record meeting KPIs and targets.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong objection‑handling skills, creating urgency and guiding clients to commit.
- Experience in the fitness industry or high‑ticket sales is a plus.
- Base salary + uncapped commission: earnings are performance‑based.
