RoleWe are looking for a French speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) who will support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research.
What You'll Do- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
- Nurture early‑stage opportunities.
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing BT customers and breaking into net new logos in the assigned territory.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
- Identify key decision makers within new accounts.
- Create a great first impression for our prospects and customers by providing them with a world‑class experience.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow‑up communications designed to increase customer interest in BTA.
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
- Enter prospect information into Salesforce.
- Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative thinker who can wow people with interesting angles and quality work.
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new and existing install.
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year‑over‑year quota attainment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
- Excellent listening skills to understand prospect needs.
- Strong desire to be in technology sales.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity.
