Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners.
  • Promote the Company's products and solutions to infrastructure, construction, and engineering companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects in the region.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing,

    B.Tech or related field.
  • Sales experience in construction products, building materials, infrastructure solutions, foundation engineering products, steel products, or related industries.
  • Experience in the UAE/GCC market preferred.
  • Strong network with contractors, consultants, developers, and infrastructure companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
