Associate Sales Consultant

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused strong Insurance Sales Agent strong to join our team. This role involves helping clients choose insurance policies that fit their needs, educating them on coverage options, and building strong long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at communication and sales.

• Generate leads through calls
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Present and explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage details
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals
• Process applications, policy updates, and documentation accurately
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide post-sale customer support and handle inquiries or claims guidance
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field).
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred. (Health, Motor & Life Insurance)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and present complex insurance information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
