Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients in industries requiring blue‑collar talent building strong relationships through consistent outreach and follow‑up. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious recruitment targets for blue‑collar roles focusing on market penetration and client acquisition. Understand the unique staffing needs of diverse industries like construction, manufacturing, and logistics translating client requirements into effective recruitment solutions. Negotiate and close service agreements with new clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms and setting clear expectations for staffing services.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements and effective candidate sourcing for blue‑collar positions. Manage and nurture existing client relationships seeking opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
Minimum3‑5years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, specifically within the recruitment or manpower services sector. Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals for blue‑collar staffing solutions. Strong understanding of the blue‑collar labor market, including common industries, skill sets, and hiring challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a results‑oriented mindset.
