Job Profile

Coral Bay Shipping LLC is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics who are passionate about developing business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business prospects, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
  • Promote company services and generate new sales leads
  • Prepare corporate quotations and negotiate service agreements with customers
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute directly to regional business growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven professional experience in freight forwarding, third-party logistics (3PL), or related maritime sales roles
  • Strong business development, commercial pipeline management, and client acquisition skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication alongside sharp contract negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated capability to build, nurture, and maintain long-term corporate client relationships
  • Self-motivated, highly disciplined mindset with a results-oriented approach to sales targets
Targeted Knowledge Areas
  • Practical grasp of international freight forwarding operations across air, ocean, and land transport modes
  • Practical grasp of comprehensive logistics networks, customs clearance, and supply chain services
  • Practical grasp of modern B2B sales methodologies and strategic business development planning
