The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business prospects, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
- Promote company services and generate new sales leads
- Prepare corporate quotations and negotiate service agreements with customers
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute directly to regional business growth initiatives
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Proven professional experience in freight forwarding, third-party logistics (3PL), or related maritime sales roles
- Strong business development, commercial pipeline management, and client acquisition skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication alongside sharp contract negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated capability to build, nurture, and maintain long-term corporate client relationships
- Self-motivated, highly disciplined mindset with a results-oriented approach to sales targets
- Practical grasp of international freight forwarding operations across air, ocean, and land transport modes
- Practical grasp of comprehensive logistics networks, customs clearance, and supply chain services
- Practical grasp of modern B2B sales methodologies and strategic business development planning
