Sales Manager – Elevator Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and monthly revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the elevator and vertical transportation industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, contract execution, and project follow-up.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and customer accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the elevator, escalator, vertical transportation, or electromechanical industry.
- Proven experience in channel sales, distributor management, and business development.
- Strong understanding of elevator products, modernization projects, maintenance contracts, and industry regulations.
- Experience managing large projects and achieving sales targets.
