Sales​/Project Coordinator

About the Role

WE RE HIRING Sales Project Coordinator in Dubai, UAE. This full‑time position requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented Sales Project Coordinator to support the sales and project execution team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, sales, production and project teams to ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to project delivery within the lighting industry.

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and clarify specifications.
• Follow up on inquiries, orders and project status to ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with internal teams – design, production, procurement and logistics – for order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update project tracking sheets, CRM and sales reports.
• Support in preparing project documentation including BOQ, drawings and approvals.
• Ensure accurate communication between client expectations and internal execution.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and monitoring project timelines.
• Handle administrative support related to sales and project coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of lighting products or electrical components.
• Familiarity with project documentation and technical submittals.
• Strong follow‑up and client coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
