We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for a hybrid role combining Sales Lead Generation and Account Management to support our growing business in the UAE region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support:
    Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, networking, and market research.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and customer follow‑ups.
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Account Management:
    Act as a point of contact for existing customers, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on renewals, quotations, pending proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication with customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist customers with basic product service information and escalation coordination.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Linked In for prospecting is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow‑ups efficiently.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software solutions is an added advantage.
