We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for a hybrid role combining Sales Lead Generation and Account Management to support our growing business in the UAE region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, networking, and market research. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and customer follow‑ups.
- Support sales campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Account Management:
Act as a point of contact for existing customers, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Follow up on renewals, quotations, pending proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist customers with basic product service information and escalation coordination.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Experience using CRM tools and Linked In for prospecting is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow‑ups efficiently.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software solutions is an added advantage.
