Job Description

As a Sales Leader at Retail Channel
, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering profitable sales targets for retail channel across divisions and brands in assigned countries
  • Leading relationships with strategic regional key retail accounts and with partners in countries to drive business growth and distribution in the trade
  • Implementing sales deployment plans aligned with division and brand strategies in line with each market dynamics to meet business objectives
  • Determining trade opportunities by analyzing customer sell out and category sales data to design and deliver optimal plans to achieve desired sales and ensure share growth
  • Managing product visibility and promotion plans through merchandising techniques, category management, planograms and activations that drive incremental sales growth and enhance shopper experience
  • Supporting internal functions and operations of business by setting standards and procedures to ensure timely and efficient service levels
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • University degree from an accredited institution
  • Retail background in FMCG and management of relationship with key retail accounts at all levels is a must
  • Professional experience as Key account manager, modern trade manager, sales manager in FMCG across Middle East
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and high ethical standards
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to deep dive in data to translate and design measurable action plans
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing external environments as well as problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within the GCC region
  • Fluency in English
